- Turnaround times are production times only and do not include shipping.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to count toward that day.
- Rush and Express options may have additional fees.
- Some products may not be available for rush production.
- Custom orders may require additional time.
