Print 702 provides professional printing services including but not limited to:

• Business cards, flyers, and brochures
• Banners, signs, and large format printing
• Custom promotional products
• Social media marketing services
• Graphic design services

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Production Time: Production times vary by product and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method selected. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Delivery: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Print 702 is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delayed deliveries.

File Requirements: You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork that meets our specifications. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork.

Proofs: Digital proofs are provided for approval before printing. Once approved, Print 702 is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Color Accuracy: Colors may vary between digital displays and printed materials. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee exact color matching.

Intellectual Property: You represent that you own or have the right to use all content submitted for printing. You agree to indemnify Print 702 against any claims arising from your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print 702 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
