At Print 702, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our printing services and want you to be completely happy with your order. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, reprints, and returns.

1. Eligible for Refund/Reprint

You may be eligible for a refund or reprint in the following situations:

  • Print Defects: Smudging, streaking, color banding, or other print quality issues caused by our equipment
  • Wrong Product: You received a different product than what you ordered
  • Damaged in Transit: Products arrived damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 48 hours)
  • Missing Items: Your order is incomplete or items are missing
  • Our Error: We made a mistake in production that was not present in your approved proof

2. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds and reprints are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Customer File Errors: Typos, low-resolution images, incorrect colors, or design errors in your submitted artwork
  • Approved Proofs: Errors that were present in the proof you approved before printing
  • Color Variations: Minor color differences between screen display and printed materials (colors may vary up to 10%)
  • Change of Mind: You no longer want or need the product after it has been printed
  • Late Claims: Issues reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Products made to your specific design cannot be returned unless defective

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or reprint, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, date of purchase, and description of the issue

Attach clear photos showing the defect or issue with your product

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and respond with a resolution

5. Refund Options

If your claim is approved, you may receive one of the following:

  • Reprint: We will reprint your order at no additional cost (preferred option for most issues)
  • Partial Refund: A percentage of your order value based on the severity of the issue
  • Full Refund: Complete refund to your original payment method (for severe defects or our errors)
  • Store Credit: Credit applied to your account for future orders

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Before Production: Orders may be cancelled with a full refund if production has not yet started. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

After Production Starts: Once your order has entered production, cancellations are not possible as materials have already been used and cannot be recovered.

Rush Orders: Rush and expedited orders enter production immediately and typically cannot be cancelled.
